What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your tour departs and receive a refund, less a 5% administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit secures your place, and we confirm your booking as soon as it’s received. The amount and balance due date are in your booking confirmation.
Where do you collect guests?
Free collection from Hout Bay, Camps Bay, Sea Point, the V&A Waterfront, the City Centre, Century City, the airport and more, from about 06:00.
How big are the groups?
Most tours run with up to 11 guests, and our 6-Day Backpacker Adventure Tour takes up to 13. Small groups keep it relaxed and personal.
What accommodation is included?
Choose from backpacker dorms, backpacker private rooms or guesthouse rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedding is provided, and upgrades are available.
Is there a luggage limit?
Luggage space is shared, so please bring one suitcase, one carry-on bag and one small personal item such as a backpack.
