Since joining BokBus in 2019, I have been committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing the very best of South Africa. Tourism is more than a career for me. It is a passion that allows me to connect people with our country’s incredible landscapes, diverse cultures and unforgettable adventures.
Before joining BokBus, I spent over 11 years on a successful chain of hostels along the Garden Route, where I developed a strong foundation in hospitality, guest relations, operations and team leadership. I believe outstanding service begins with genuine care. Whether managing logistics behind the scenes or welcoming travellers from around the world, my goal has always been to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences that guests will remember long after their journey ends.
At BokBus, I oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring our tours continue to deliver the high standards of professionalism, safety and personal service that have earned the company an outstanding reputation among international travellers. Guests consistently praise the knowledgeable guides, seamless organisation and warm hospitality that define the BokBus experience, values I am proud to help uphold every day. I remain passionate about promoting South Africa as one of the world’s premier travel destinations and take great pride in helping visitors discover the beauty, diversity and hospitality that make our country truly unique.
Amber – Accountant
Amber joined The Bokbus in 2004. She’s in charge of all the financial matters, and is also studying B-Comm – pretty intelligent! (Retired)
Sylvia – Accounts/Admin
Sylvia joined the Bokbus in 2002 and is one of the Township Guides for Bokbus. She also assists with the financial matters in the Accounts department.
Benjamin –Award Winning Tour Guide (Retired)
I joined Bokbus 2009 after many years in the tourism industry including as a Hot Air balloon Pilot! Now as a tourist guide, I love sharing and showing the beauty of our county and its diverse cultures, I see tourist guiding as being an ambassador of Mzantsi ! I just love travelling.
